 Senior Youth Coach

Are you passionate about empowering rangatahi to achieve their goals?

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Youth Coach to join the team. The Senior Youth Coach will play a vital role in the Youth Service team, who support rangatahi aged 16-18 who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) or receiving a Youth Payment/Young Parent Payment (YP/YPP).

Your role is to help rangatahi explore education, training and employment opportunities while promoting their overall wellbeing. You’ll assist the Youth Service Team Leader with the coordination of the Youth Service by undertaking leadership tasks, coaching other Youth Coaches and supporting the coordination of budgeting and parenting programmes within the Youth Service.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
