Eva Bryant
Hi there, My name is Eva-Jayne Bryant. I was born and raised in the Hutt Valley, specifically Wainuiomata. I am passionate and driven towards the health and prosperity of young people like myself.
In 2023 I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology and education and now currently work as a coordinator in the health sector. I also wish to do further study in the future, in the hopes of doing more for the youth in our community.
Becoming a youth trustee on the board has been an amazing honor with so many rewarding experiences. I strongly believe in all the positive change and good the services of Vibe give to young people. In high school, I myself used Vibe’s services. I'm very excited to be a part of it's vision and contribute all that I can.
Leanne Spice
Leanne joined the Vibe Board in 2019 because she is passionate about ensuring we make a real difference to the lives of our young people in the Hutt Valley.
Leanne is a Chartered Accountant and has lived in Wainuiomata, Maungaraki and Upper Hutt. She started her career with KPMG and since then has spent over 20 years working in the public sector.
She has extensive financial management expertise at senior levels and currently provides strategic change and management consultancy services to a variety of public sector clients. Specifically, in the health sector, she has provided services to Hutt Valley, Capital & Coast and Bay of Plenty DHBs as well as the Ministry of Health.
Scott Fisher
Kia ora, I whakapapa to the Tainui and Te Arawa waka, was born and bred in Palmerston North, and currently reside in Lower Hutt with my wife and kids.
I have spent the last 20 years working in Information Technology and am currently the General Manager Data and Digital at Te Awakairangi Health Network, the Primary Health Organisation (PHO) for the Hutt Valley.
I respect and admire the work that the Vibe team do every day to seek better outcomes for the rangatahi in our rōhe, and wanted to join the Board to contribute in my own small way to these outcomes.

My name is Shannan King - born and bred here in Te Awakairangi. My gafa takes me back to Sāmoa and Ireland. I am unsure how exactly where I connect to in Samoa, but trust that one day I’ll know how I connect back to the homeland.
My desire to help people comes from my incredible Nan, who has forever been my example of loving and serving others. My inspiration into the youth work world was back in 2009/2010 when I was a young person accessing the services at Vibe. I returned back in 2018 as a staff member, with roles crossing between NEET and Youth Engagement. Yet again, I have found myself returning, this time as a Trustee - with the hopes of continuing to support the voices of both young people and those who serve them.

Tarns here. I am a born and breed 'Upperhuttian' which is where I have raised my children and now have the privilege of being a nanny to my wonderful mokos. I come from a multicultural family who across many generations, have dedicated their working life to the public service sector.
I've spent the last 12 years working in Local Government as a Community-led Development Practitioner, Funding and Contracts Advisor and Welfare Manager, and am currently in the role of supporting agencies and whānau navigating the space of Family Harm.
I admire the mahi of the Vibe team and their passion to help rangatahi across Te Awakairangi. It's a privilege to be able to support the organisation to implement services and Kaupapa that will make a difference and have a positive impact alongside young people and their families.
